The article discusses Tailgate Party catering and we were given the opportunity to provide one our most mouthwatering recipes, along with a fantastic photo taken by Jeff of K & K Photography of Clearwater. Why did you name it “Good Food” Catering Company?
Posted on April 8th, 2010 - No Comments Obviously I think our food is fantastic and we continuously receive compliments from guests at our catered events about our tasty food and unique presentation. Someone asked me recently why I named the company “Good Food” and not “Great Food Catering Company?” My answer:
The truth is, we serve food that people like to eat. We’re not trying to prove anything to anyone and we’re not trying to show off. Our goal is to have every guest at our catered events remember the food as being the highlight of the night. That is it. Simple, fresh ingredients and exceptional service. -Kevin
Where have we been? Catering, of course!
Posted on March 3rd, 2010 - No Comments As much as I love to write and blog, sometimes catering gets in the way! We had a record breaking October, November and December of 2009 and then followed it up with some great corporate events and weddings for an action packed January. February was also fantastic and we had the opportunity to cater a really fun wedding at the Davis Island Garden Club that featured some of our signature dishes – Charleston Style Shrimp and Grits, Braised Beef Short Ribs and of course our Pan Roasted Southern Chicken Breast with Leek, Artichoke and Lemon Fondue. Tonight is a private dinner for 14, we have three private parties next weekend and later this month we’ll also be sponsoring and catering the closing party for the Gasparilla Film Fest, an event that will be attended by over 400 special guests and VIP’s.
